The new development is a joint venture scheme between Northern Trust and local house builder Fellows Homes. Fellows Homes have been constructing bespoke design and build houses for 30 years bringing customers aspirations to life. The company are now looking to bring that expertise and know how to the family home market. Quarry Road is the company’s first volume housing development, but the development has been designed around ensuring each and every home is bespoke to the family that purchases.

Although Fellows Homes are a new name alongside the familiar house builders they are not without a vast experience in the residential and construction fields. Fellows Homes forms part of the wider Fellows group of companies, which include MJ Fellows Contractors, the construction arm building the houses for Fellows Homes. MJ Fellows has a long established track record of residential and commercial development, with their residential background established in the production of many one off individual homes from £500,000 upwards. These individual bespoke projects require a real attention to detail and quality finish, which is what Fellows are looking to bring to the mainstream housing market.

Located on Quarry Road, The Village Garden is the company’s first volume housing development, but the development has been designed around ensuring each and every home is bespoke to the family that purchases.
Fellows Homes, commercial credentials are second to none with some very large construction projects undertaken in recent years. These include flagship projects such as being the contractor who built the Invincibles Stand at Preston North End to complete the redevelopment of that stadium, including the executive boxes, invincibles banqueting lounge, and offices occupied by the NHS. They have also constructed various multi million pound office and industrial developments including most recently an £11 million 33,000 sq ft business Centre and 27,500 sq ft workshop development for Northern Trust in Stoke.
