Agency Scheme
If you would like to purchase one of Fellow Homes lovely new homes, but have a house to sell, then let us help you and take a lot of the effort and cost out of it for you
The key benefits of the agency scheme are as outlined below:-
- Fellow Homes will send our appointed agent to review your home and pr vide you with an assessment of the sale value.
- On agreement of your home’s value you will be able to reserve your preferred plot on one of our Fellow Homes developments for a minimum of 10 weeks (starting from when your home is placed on the market).
- On completion of the sale of your home you will only pay £0,000 towards the agency fees relating to the sale.
It really can be that simple and we have a good track record of helping people to sell their homes to realise their dream of a new Fellows Home.
Some terms and conditions to note.
- Access to the agency scheme is subject to a valuation of your home by our qualified valuer and our agent.
- Your house should not already be on the market and Fellow Homes will not meet third party agency fees where it already is. (If your existing agency agreement has expired we can look at moving you onto our agency scheme. However, you will be responsible for confirming any existing agency agreements have expired and also any subsequent third party fees that should arise from that third party agency agreement.)
- If we haven’t sold your home in 10 weeks, but there has been good interest in it, then the agency scheme may be extend beyond 10 weeks by way of joint agreement. Fellow Homes reserve the right to sell your reserved plot after the initial 10 weeks marketing if a sale of your property has not been agreed subject
to contract. - You will need to complete on the purchase of a Fellow Home for the £500 fee to take effect. If you sell your house via our agency scheme, but do not subsequently purchase a Fellow Home then the full agency fee will become payable to the agent.
